How long does it take to set up Gangly?
Under 5 minutes from signup to first completed workflow. Connect your CRM via OAuth, link your calendar, and the signal feed populates automatically. Most reps have their first warm account queued before they finish onboarding.
Do I need to replace my existing CRM?
No. Gangly connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive via OAuth. It reads and writes to your CRM — it does not replace it. Your data stays where it is. Gangly just makes the workflow around it actually work.
What counts as a buying signal?
Executive hires, funding announcements, LinkedIn posts on relevant topics, job postings matching your ICP stack, prior-contact CRM activity, and intent signals from connected data sources. Gangly scores each by warmth and recency.
Does the Live Call Coach work on Zoom and Google Meet?
Yes — both platforms are supported. Live Coach requires one of these. It runs in a sidebar the rep can see but the buyer cannot. Phone calls are not supported for live coaching.
Is my call audio stored?
Audio is transcribed and discarded by default. The transcript is retained so notes and CRM updates work, but you can configure retention or delete transcripts at any time. Audio is never used to train shared models.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel in one click from settings. No email, no call, no exit survey. Your data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You are never locked in.
