Signal Detection · Step 01 of 07

Every day you work a cold list, someone else closes the warm one.

Gangly pulls buying signals from LinkedIn, funding rounds, CRM activity, and hiring posts — then ranks them by recency, fit, and strength. Open the feed. The four warmest accounts are already at the top. Reach out today, not 60 days from now.

The problem

You're reaching out 60 days late. Your competitor isn't.

Marcus Reid just joined as VP Sales at a Series B SaaS company. He has 90 days to prove himself. He'll buy a sales tool in the next 30. If you reach out this week, you're in the conversation. If you reach out when the export hits your list, you're the fourth email he ignores.

  • Static lists exported once, worked for weeks
  • 30+ minutes of manual research per account
  • Reaching out 60 days late on every signal

Questions reps ask

FAQ

Short answers. No marketing fluff.

What counts as a signal?

New executive hires matching your ICP, Series A+ funding announcements, LinkedIn posts with relevant keywords, ICP-matched job postings, CRM activity (opens, clicks, repeat pricing-page visits), and competitor mentions. Anything that signals "now is when this account changes."

How accurate is signal scoring?

No universal accuracy or conversion rate is asserted. Measure identity match, precision, recall, freshness, conflicts, and actionable coverage on a labeled sample from your target population, using the exact sources and configuration you plan to buy.

Is this an AI SDR? Does it send for me?

No. Gangly surfaces warm accounts and drafts the outreach in your voice, but nothing sends without your review. You stay in control of every message. AI SDR products that auto-send produce 1–2% reply rates and burn deliverability — not what we do.

Does Gangly replace Apollo or Sales Navigator?

No — different jobs. Apollo finds contacts and runs sequences; Sales Navigator is a search tool. Gangly tells you which accounts on those tools just got warm so you know who to reach out to today. Most teams run Gangly alongside Apollo or Sales Nav.

How fast can we start?

Timing depends on approved sources, OAuth scopes, CRM mappings, privacy and security review, and acceptance testing. Ask for a written implementation plan and use a reversible pilot.

Is my data private?

Yes. Signals, CRM records, and LinkedIn data stay scoped to your account. Gangly never shares signals across customers or trains shared models on your data. SOC 2 in progress.
