Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a Gangly customer to become a partner?

Not required, but recommended. Technology partners should have a working product or integration in progress. Agency partners should be actively working with sales teams. Referral partners just need a referral link.

How does the referral commission work?

You earn a recurring percentage of the subscription for every customer you refer, for as long as they stay a customer. Specific rates are shared during the application process.

What does a technology integration require?

Access to our API (available to approved partners), a working integration built to our spec, and a co-launch plan. We'll assign an integration contact to help you through the process.

How long does the application process take?

We review all applications within 2 business days and respond with next steps. Technology partnerships take longer to formalize because of the technical review — typically 1–2 weeks from first contact to signed agreement.
