Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Gangly.

This is what using Gangly commits us to and what it commits you to. We've written it in plain English first. The numbered sections below are the enforceable version.

The short version.

  • ✓ You can use Gangly to run sales workflows for lawful business purposes.
  • ✓ You own your data. We only process it to deliver the service.
  • ✓ We'll keep Gangly running and up to date. We'll notify you about material changes.
  • ✕ Don't reverse-engineer the product, abuse it to send spam, or use it for anything illegal.
  • ✓ Either party can end the agreement. We'll help you export your data on the way out.

Accepting these terms

Section 01

By signing up for Gangly or using the product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

If you don't agree with something in here, don't use the product — or email legal@getgangly.com to talk about it.

Section 02

You can use Gangly for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Violating these rules is grounds for immediate suspension.

Human-in-the-loop

Gangly drafts. You review and send. You are always responsible for the messages you send through the product.

Section 03

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email security@getgangly.com immediately.

Admin users on a team plan are responsible for the conduct of users under their workspace.

Section 04

You retain full ownership of the data you bring into Gangly — CRM records, call audio, transcripts, notes, and any content you create in the product. We process that data only to deliver the service to you.

You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, display, and analyze your data for the sole purpose of operating and improving Gangly for your account.

Section 05

Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, but you keep access until the end of what you paid for.

If we change pricing, we notify paid customers at least 30 days before the new price applies to their plan.

Section 06

We aim for high uptime and publish live status at /status . We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages caused by providers upstream of us.

Enterprise plans may include specific SLAs negotiated separately.

Section 07

Gangly is provided "as is," without warranties beyond what's explicitly stated in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything related to the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Section 08

You can end your use of Gangly at any time by canceling your subscription. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, don't pay for paid plans, or if required by law.

On termination, we help you export your data before deletion. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination, subject to the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy .

Section 09

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we notify active customers at least 30 days before they take effect, and we update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Gangly after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Section 10

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fairview Software is incorporated. For disputes, we prefer conversation first — email legal@getgangly.com . If that doesn't resolve things, courts of the governing jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the product.
  • Use Gangly to send spam, phishing attempts, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
  • Automate outreach in ways that violate the terms of the email or CRM platforms you've connected.
  • Scrape or exfiltrate data from other customers' tenants.
  • Use Gangly to harm, harass, or deceive recipients.

Using the service
