Can the buyer see the coaching?

No. Coaching appears only on your screen. The buyer sees and hears nothing different.

What call platforms does it support?

Zoom and Google Meet. Live Coach does not work on phone calls — live transcription isn't reliably available for phone.

Which plans include Live Coach?

Growth and Scale. Starter does not include Live Call Coach.

Is the transcription accurate enough?

Gangly uses current-generation live transcription and keyword detection. Objection and competitor detection is the priority — not perfect verbatim capture.

Is my call audio stored?

Audio is processed in real time for coaching. You control retention — transcripts can be saved for post-call notes or discarded immediately after the call ends.
