System status
We don't publish a real-time status page yet. Showing fake green dots is worse than not having one — so we're not. Below is what the page will display once our SRE rollout ships, and how we monitor reliability today.
Services monitored
Each surface area below is monitored internally with synthetic checks every 60 seconds and customer-impacting incidents are tracked in our incident log. When the public page goes live, you'll see uptime, latency, and a 90-day incident history per service.

How we run reliability now
No public dashboard yet, but the engineering practice is in place. Customers on a paid plan get a private incident channel and direct line to engineering during any disruption.
- Synthetic checks
- 60-second probes against every customer-facing endpoint from 3 regions.
- Error budgeting
- SLO of 99.9% per service per quarter; releases freeze when the budget is depleted.
- Incident response
- On-call engineer paged within 2 min of a P1 alert. Customer comms inside 15 min.
- Public postmortems
- Every P1 ships a written postmortem to the customer channel within 5 business days.
